Let Peace Survive
Let Peace survive Ken Sprague fund/Leeds Postcards. The artist is Edik Boghosian Konaraki (Iran); Winner of the first prize in 2006 International Ken Sprague Political Cartoon Competition. Edik is from Iran and it was judged an original and imaginative way of presenting a well-worn subject, using simple means in an effective graphic manner. The dove of peace has been fossilised but the small green olive branch showed that there was hope iand it will survive.
